Right To Refuse Service

🛑 Right to Refuse Service Policy

At Furever Etch, we take great pride in offering personalized, heartfelt keepsakes that honor the special bond between people and their pets. We are committed to creating a positive, respectful experience for every customer, and we treat every order with care, intention, and integrity.

That said, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our sole discretion in certain situations.


Situations Where We May Refuse Service or Cancel an Order:

  • Disrespectful or Abusive Conduct
    We will not tolerate abusive, threatening, or disrespectful communication toward our staff. Kindness and mutual respect are core to our values.

  • Inappropriate or Offensive Content
    If a submitted photo or personalization request contains hate speech, violence, discriminatory content, or otherwise violates our ethical standards, we reserve the right to decline the order.

  • Copyright or Trademark Violations
    If the submitted photo contains images, logos, artwork, or other material protected by copyright or trademark—and you do not have express permission to use it—we may reject the order to protect all parties involved.

  • Low-Quality Images or Unusable Files
    If a customer submits a photo that does not meet our minimum quality standards and is unwilling or unable to provide a replacement, we reserve the right to cancel the order if it cannot be fulfilled to our standards.

  • Suspicion of Fraudulent Activity
    If we believe an order was placed with fraudulent intent or contains false information (e.g., stolen payment details, suspicious activity), the order will be canceled without notice and reported as necessary.

  • Violation of Store Policies
    Refusal to adhere to our posted policies (e.g., all sales final, photo quality guidelines, shipping disclaimers) may result in order cancellation.


Our Promise

We don’t make these decisions lightly. When we do need to decline or cancel an order, it is done thoughtfully, respectfully, and with our values, legal responsibilities, and business standards in mind.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified by email, and any payment received will be refunded (unless the order was declined due to a violation of our non-refundable custom product policy).
