📸 Photo Submission & Usage Authorization

Thank you for trusting Furever Etch to create a meaningful, one-of-a-kind keepsake of your beloved pet. Every photo we receive is handled with care, compassion, and deep respect for the bond it represents.

To ensure full transparency and legal clarity, we’ve outlined how submitted images may be used, your rights as the photo provider, and what permissions you are granting to Furever Etch by submitting any photograph or image file.

📥 By submitting a photo to Furever Etch, you are expressly agreeing to the following:

1. Ownership of Photo

You confirm that you either:

• Are the original creator and copyright holder of the photo(s), or

• Have obtained the full legal rights, licenses, or written permissions from the rightful copyright holder(s) to share and authorize use of the image(s) with Furever Etch.

You accept full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes that may arise from unauthorized use of submitted photos. Furever Etch is not liable for any misuse or infringement resulting from false declarations of ownership.

2. Authorization of Use

By submitting a photo to Furever Etch, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute the photo or the final engraved product derived from that photo in the following formats:

• Website galleries and product displays

• Social media content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

• Digital and print advertising campaigns

• Email marketing and promotional communications

• Brand portfolios and promotional videos

• In-person displays, vendor booths, and event marketing

This includes both the original image and any resulting product photo created and engraved by Furever Etch, whether used in full, cropped, filtered, edited, or stylized formats.

3. Use Without Personal Identification

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, your submission will be used without publicly displaying your name, pet’s name, or other personal identifying information. In most cases, the image will appear without any context that could tie it directly back to you.

If your image includes recognizable people, copyrighted logos, or proprietary artwork, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions for commercial usage.

4. No Compensation Required

You understand and agree that the use of your photo is entirely voluntary and provided without expectation of payment, royalties, or other compensation. You waive any claim to future compensation, credit, or profit resulting from the use of your submitted image in our brand materials.

🛑 Opt-Out Option

If you prefer that your photo and/or final engraved product not be used in any public or promotional materials, you may opt out by emailing us within 24 hours of placing your order:

We honor all opt-out requests as long as they are received before marketing content has been created or scheduled for use. Once content featuring your image has been published, we will do our best to remove it upon request, but cannot guarantee complete removal across all third-party platforms or shared media.
