Because every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, all sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted and highly personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Each order is created based on the information, photos, text, and selections provided by the customer. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting their order, including:
Names and spelling
Dates and text
Photo quality and selection
Product size and material
What we receive is exactly what we create.
All Furever Etch pieces are custom works of art, made to order and permanently personalized. These items cannot be restocked, resold, reused, or repurposed.
Because of this:
Personalized products are not eligible for resale
Returned custom items have no recoverable value
Any refused, returned, or undeliverable order results in total forfeiture of the product value
We carefully package each order using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. However, once an order leaves our studio and is transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership, risk of loss, and delivery responsibility transfer fully to the customer.
Furever Etch is not responsible for:
Shipping delays
Carrier errors
Lost or stolen packages
Damage occurring during transit
If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide tracking information or proof of shipment to assist with carrier claims.
No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued for orders that are:
Refused at delivery
Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information
Undeliverable for any reason
Not retrieved or accepted by the recipient
Any reshipment, if approved, is offered solely at the discretion of Furever Etch and requires payment of all applicable reshipping and handling fees in advance.

For all international orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
Furever Etch does not collect, calculate, or prepay customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
