Shipping Policy

At Furever Etch, we know that what we send you is more than a product — it’s a memory etched in time. Every order is treated with the same care and respect we would give our own keepsakes, because we understand the emotional value behind each piece we create.


Processing & Production Time

Each Furever Etch piece is made-to-order and personally crafted. Our typical production timeline is 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and the level of detail required for your custom piece. During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may extend slightly.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Because all items are custom-made, orders enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.


Shipping Destinations

Furever Etch currently ships to the United States ONLY

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.


Shipping Carriers & Methods

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method we believe is most appropriate based on size, weight, destination, and current service conditions. This allows us to provide free shipping within the United States while ensuring your item arrives as safely and efficiently as possible.

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable services. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed unless arranged prior to purchase.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays due to weather, high volume, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control once the order is in transit.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are unable to reroute, intercept, or modify shipping addresses once an order has shipped.

Furever Etch is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.

Any reshipping costs resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full prior to reshipment, if approved.


Domestic & International Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, ownership, risk of loss, and responsibility for delivery transfer fully to the customer.

Furever Etch is not responsible for shipments that are refused, returned, delayed, lost, or deemed undeliverable for any reason after leaving our facility, including but not limited to:

  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

  • Failure to retrieve or accept delivery

  • Carrier delays or delivery errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Customs delays, inspections, holds, or rejections

  • Import restrictions or seizures

  • Failure to pay required customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees


International Orders & Customs Fees

For all international orders shipped outside of the United States, including international shipments for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Furever Etch has no control over customs authorities and is not responsible for delays, refusals, holds, or non-delivery caused by customs processing, import regulations, or unpaid fees.

International shipments that are refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.


No Refunds on Shipped Orders

Because all Furever Etch products are custom-made and personalized:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued for shipped orders

  • No refunds will be issued for refused or undeliverable shipments

  • No refunds will be issued for customs-related issues or unpaid fees

Custom products cannot be resold or reused. Refused or undeliverable shipments result in total forfeiture of the product value.


Reshipment Policy

Reshipment of returned or refused orders is offered solely at the discretion of Furever Etch. If approved, the customer must pay all applicable reshipping costs, handling fees, and any additional carrier or customs charges before reshipment occurs.

Furever Etch is under no obligation to reship returned or refused packages.


Damaged or Lost Packages

While we package each item with great care, Furever Etch is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused during shipping once the order is in the carrier’s possession.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend:

  • Taking clear photographs of all damage upon delivery

  • Keeping all original packaging materials

  • Filing your claim promptly, as delays may affect eligibility

We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or proof of shipment to support your claim.


Agreement to Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Furever Etch, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy, accepts responsibility for delivery once shipped, and agrees to all terms regarding customs fees, refused shipments, and non-refundable custom products.
