Yes, we can remove the background from your photo at no extra charge. We do this for most pieces to ensure the focus stays on your loved one or pet and that the engraving looks clean and detailed.

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to personalize your piece with a name, dates, or a short quote. You can enter your text directly on the product page when placing your order.

Once payment is finalized, your etching is completed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

For the best engraving results, we recommend clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and no heavy filters. Photos should be sharp, in focus, and show your pet’s face or key details clearly — front-facing photos typically provide the best engraving results. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, or photos taken in low light. Color or black-and-white images are both perfectly fine. You’re welcome to upload up to four of your top photo choices — we’ll select the one that will engrave best.

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Furever Etched is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, but if your package arrives with visible damage, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options include Economy ($9.99) and USPS Priority ($14.99). There is no sales tax on any order.

Once your payment is finalized, your piece is typically completed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Because every item we create is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please double-check your order details and photo selections before submitting.

After payment is received, we do our best to provide a preview for approval before production begins. However, previews are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion depending on production timing. If time allows, we’ll absolutely send one your way before engraving starts.

We’re located in New Hampshire and currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Yes — you can combine multiple pets into one portrait. We allow a maximum of three pets per etching. On your selected product page, you’ll find fields to enter each pet’s name and upload up to four photos per pet.

There is an additional $19.99 photo editing/prep fee per extra pet to ensure the highest quality engraving, proper image preparation, and the craftsmanship we’re known for.
