Yes, we can remove the background from your photo at no extra charge. We do this for most pieces to ensure the focus stays on your loved one or pet and that the engraving looks clean and detailed. Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to personalize your piece with a name, dates, or a short quote. You can choose your font and enter your text directly on the product page when placing your order.

For the best engraving results, we recommend clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and no heavy filters. Photos should be sharp and in focus, with faces or key details easy to see. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, or photos taken in low light. Color or black-and-white images are both perfectly fine. You’re welcome to upload up to four of your top photo choices—we’ll select the one that will engrave best.

At this time, we don’t offer combined portraits with multiple pets in a single engraving. However, we do offer bundle sets of three on acrylic, wood, and slate if you’d like to feature multiple pets individually at a discounted rate. While we’re always looking for ways to expand and offer more variety, we do not offer custom sizes or shapes at this time. Currently, we offer acrylic and wood in 6x4, 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14. Slate is available in both rectangular and circle coaster sizes, as well as 9x12. Granite is offered in a 9x12 size only.
