Each listing on our website features real images of actual engraved pieces, captured under professional lighting and natural conditions to provide a faithful visual representation of what you’ll receive.

We understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident when ordering a personalized memorial or keepsake—especially when honoring a beloved pet. That’s why we strive to ensure that the images you see on our website are as accurate as possible.

However, due to several factors beyond our control, the product you receive may look slightly different in person than it appears on your screen.

📱 Monitor & Screen Display Variations

Each digital screen is different, and the way colors, textures, and details appear can vary greatly depending on:

• Screen resolution and pixel density

• Display settings (brightness, contrast, color calibration)

In addition, lighting conditions in your home—such as warm vs. cool bulbs or natural vs. artificial light—can affect how the engraving appears when viewed in person.

That said, minor variations in color, texture, tone, and material finish are normal and should be expected with any handcrafted, custom product made from natural or raw materials.
