For the best engraving results, we recommend clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and no heavy filters. Photos should be sharp, in focus, and show your pet’s face or key details clearly — front-facing photos usually produce the best etching results.

Avoid blurry images, screenshots, harsh shadows, or low-light photos. Both color and black-and-white photos work perfectly, and you’re welcome to upload up to four photos so we can choose the one that will etch best.

No — we do not alter your pet’s appearance. Your pet will remain true to the original photo. We only make technical adjustments like background removal, lighting balance, and detail enhancement to ensure the best possible etching quality while keeping your pet completely recognizable.

Yes — you can combine multiple pets or people into one etching. We allow a maximum of three subjects per piece. On your selected product page, you’ll be able to enter each name and upload up to four photos per subject.

There is an additional $19.99 photo editing and preparation fee per extra subject to ensure proper image blending, detail quality, and the level of craftsmanship we’re known for.

Frames are included with Scratch Canvas, Baltic Birch Wood, and Black Acrylic etchings. Slate and granite pieces come with a sturdy metal display stand for easy tabletop or shelf display.

Yes — after payment is received, we do our best to provide a digital proof before production begins. However, previews are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion depending on production timing. If time allows, we’ll gladly send one for approval before your etching is completed.

Once payment is finalized, your etching is typically completed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Yes — you can rush your order by adding “Skip The Line” for $19.99 and selecting Priority Shipping ($14.99) at checkout. This moves your etching ahead in production and helps ensure faster delivery.

Because each etching is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we are not responsible for carrier-related damage or loss, and you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
