Olivia was my Ragdoll baby for 17 years. She came into my life shortly after my husband passed away, and I truly believe she helped carry me through that time. She slept on my pillow every single night and would follow me around the house like my little shadow. When I lost her this year, the silence in my home was overwhelming. I knew I wanted something more meaningful than just a framed photo.
I found Furever Etch, and from the very first message, Crystal — the owner — was so kind and patient with me. I had quite a few questions and probably repeated myself more than once (grief does that), but she answered everything with compassion.
